What do you do?
I have my Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, but work for a grocery chain, called Safeway, in the meat department.
Are you married? Do you have children?
YES! I have been married for almost one year. My husband and I have two kids- Henry and Missy, our fuzzy furballs of cuteness.
What are your best memories from IPC?
Samsų was amazing. We'll always have it. Our monumentos acheivment of funding 3 scholarships to future friends of ipc. The kick ass haunted house. Exploring Kronborg. Singing African Love Songs to the people of Helsingor. Franske Hot dogs. Ping Pong Tournaments. Tittas famous hand rolled ciggarettes. Day trips to Copenhagen. Learning to drink responsibly(!). Falafal in Christiania. Praire Fires. The Kissing booth and our Rock band (go USA!), and of course learning about all of you at our awsome cultural evenings. ...Yes, IPC IS love.
Who have you met up with since IPC?
Nobody.... though I have kept in touch with Paul through the years, Pats and Eds through the internet, and most recently Stefano on Microsoft Messenger.
What was the greatest thing you learned at IPC?
Life works in a continuous spiral, affecting any and everything. Love is the fuel that smooths that line.
What message do you wish to give to everyone from your IPC term?
Hi friends! I want you all to know how much I wish I had been at the reunion, but alas I too just gotten married as could not afford to travel. Each and everyone of you are welcome to come and visit me and my husband in Vail, should you ever decide to take Holiday in the States.
